How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1999.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is customized business programs and web sites.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was in financial services and needed a system of keeping track of my clients. I wrote a small database program, and it worked! That was it, I had to be a programmer.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have a vast array of experience that helps me to understand the needs of my clients - I was in business before I was in technology. My primary focus is on small businesses, which seem to have difficulty finding personal attention elsewhere.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our main office is in NY, and our satellite office is in Georgia. Our expansion, at this moment, depends on the success of our current in-house project, which is a web service.

Our office is not directly accessible, and meetings are arranged by appointment.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept business checks, cash, and PayPal.
Which areas do you service?
At the moment we are focused on the North Atlanta Metro area, and lower NY State, near NY City.

The owner of the company is Tom Hogan.
