What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in custom home technology such as home theaters, whole house audio systems, home automation. We also offer residential and commercial IT services such as networking, training, computer support and system repairs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Danny Edwards, our president,has worked in the low voltage industry for 20+ years. Our vice president Daniel Pooser has worked with computers for the past 15 years. Both hold numerous certifications in their field.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
For the past 4.5 years we have obtained new customers from mostly referrals. We take great pride in getting to know our customer and earning their trust. We don't just want to be a company that installs, but rather a support system in case anything happens after the installation. The most important things in this business is follow through and going beyond what the customer expects.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have 1 location. It is our goal to open a design center in the near future.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MC, Discover, Amex

Metro Atlanta and surround areas
