About Bob Southard
Bob began his real estate career in 1980. While still in college at Georgia State University, Bob attended a Robert Allen "Nothing Down" seminar. Shortly thereafter he bought his first of several little or no down payment properties, an apartment house in Kennesaw. This was followed by several single family homes and a couple of duplexes and triplexes in NW Atlanta. In Robert Allen`s New York Times bestselling book Creating Wealth, Mr. Allen had this to say about Bob Southard, "......I don`t have any doubts about this young man’s future". In 2003 Bob passed the Georgia real estate exam with a score of 98 of 100. Since then Bob has helped many families with their home buying and selling needs.
In 2013 Bob passed the Georgia Real Estate Brokers exam on the very first try.
As the owner and managing broker for Atlas Realty Service Bob provides first rate residential real estate services with flexible commission plans as well as having more leeway to expand sales in multifamily, commercial, and land .
Bob is a father of 5 and a lifetime member of the Marietta Jaycees.

I began investing in real estate in 1980. I have been licensed in the State of Georgia to represent buyers and sellers since 2003.

I've always loved the real estate industry and love working with people.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Outstanding service and representation, innovative marketing, and service from the heart.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I represent buyers in all of Cobb and Paulding counties as well as North Fulton and parts of Cherokee, Bartow, and Douglas counties. I represent sellers in all of the Metro Atlanta area.
Provide detailed directions to your location
I have offices all over the metro Atlanta area with my broker agency, Solid Source Realty. I am able to meet clients in a location that is convenient for them.
What type of payments do you accept?
There is no cost to buyers for my services and my fees for sellers are flexible and usually based on the services that are provided.
Which areas do you service?
Austell, Acworth, Atlanta, Marietta, Kennesaw, Smyrna, Powder Springs, Mableton, Dallas, Hiram, Woodstock, Lithia Springs, Douglasville, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Cartersville, located in Cobb, Paulding, Douglas, Bartow, Cherokee, and Fulton Counties.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am independent contractor with Solid Source Realty. I am the owner and president of Robert C Southard, LLC. According to the March 2007 Atlanta Business Chronicle, Solid Source is the #1 office in terms of total transaction volume and #3 in terms of total dollar sales volume. While it is true some companies sell more homes under that company name, remember that most of those are independently owned competing franchises. No single office sells more homes than Solid Source! Solid Source has been recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as the #1 fastest growing company in 2006 and the #5 fastest growing company in 2007. That’s for businesses of all types, not just real estate! They have received many other awards of accomplishment in many areas both within the real estate industry and from many other sources as well. I think everybody can benefit from a company on the move.

My hours of operation are centered around my client and their needs. I can usually be reached by phone or email anytime during the day or early evening.
