We do it all – we give you an estimate over the phone, arrange to have the utilities marked, grind your stump into mulch and either leave in a neat pile or carry it away, and leave you an invoice. How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I did light grading for Homeowners (Bobcat work) and they would call me after they had the trees cut to the ground and expect me to cheaply remove the stump with the Bobcat. I bought a stump grinder so I could do the job cheaply.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We go the extra mile. For example, we call a company that marks the location of utilities so that we don't accidently cut through a utility line. Cable companies are notorious for placing cables in unusual places and burying them close to the ground.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have several locations and will gradually expand.

Customers do not come to us. Customer's call us and we go to them.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, check, money orders, and pay pal.
