How long have you been in business?
I have been in the insurance industry for 42 years. I started out as a file clerk/receptionist and from there I became a personal lines account manager, then into claims, then became a commercial lines account manager and finally became a producer/account executive.
What is your primary product or service?
Peace of mind by insuring your "stuff".
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My Dad was in the insurance industry working for the insurance companies. He always enjoyed what he did and I followed his footsteps, but became an insurance agent serving the public.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I listen to your needs and and try to solve problems.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location.
Provide detailed directions to your location
South on Hwy 41 (Cobb Parkway) to Progressive Way, turn left. Go to stop sign and turn right onto White Circle. Our office is the first building on the right and we occupy the right side of the building.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, checks and credit cards
Which areas do you service?
Primarily Georgia, but can service business in S.C., N.C., TN, FL and AL.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are a Watkins Associated Industries company.
What are your hours of operation?
8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I really enjoy talking to my clients after a claim. Most of them tell me they have told a friend to call me because of the way their claim was handled and they are so glad I suggested some coverage to them.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
Favorite quote is "There is no such thing as a stupid question."
