How long have you been in business?
We are a new company, founded at the beginning of this year. We bring 20 years in the industry at all levels to the table and have structured our company to compete with the best in the business.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is quarterly pest control and termite protection, but we also offer mosquito control, bee control, rodent control, crawlspace ventilation, new construction pretreatments etc.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in this industry in the very early 90's after meeting someone with "Sears Termite and Pest Control". I became a service technician and soon became a top selling salesperson and then supervisor, then manager and on from there. It's a great industry and I love helping other's protect their home's.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We don't want to sound like a cliche, but service is the difference. We keep our prices affordable and our renewals reasonable so that people can afford our services in good times and bad, and we pride ourself on our ability to solve problems and educate the customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We operate the greater atlanta area from a single location. Since most of our business takes place from the vehicle, location isn't all that important. We are able to provide prompt service to all of our surrounding counties.
