How long have you been in business?
ACPC, INC. started in 2002 after working nearly 10 years in retail at Micro Center providing in-store and telephone support. At that time they didn't provide on-site services, something I wanted to do.
What is your primary product or service?
On-Site service is what we do, by going to the problem customers don't have to move the computer. We come in and fix the problem so when done, our customers can get right back to work.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Ron Rosenthal, ACPC's owner is our resident hardware trouble shooter specializing in things like computer viruses, network issues and does web page design in his spare time. He is a general applications specialist, knows DOS, Win9x, NT, XP, 2000, 2003, VISTA & Windows 7. Ron served as head of Technical Support at Micro Center for over 9 years. He really is our jack of all trades.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Taking care of the customer and their needs is #1 for ACPC,Inc. Going the extra step, following through the process is paramount for us. We learn your systems, learn our customers and take care of the problems quickly.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We keep our costs low by working from a home office. Our techs don't work from a store front.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are an On-Site company so our customers don't have to be without their computer any longer than it takes us to fix. In some cases we may take a computer to the shop for repair but we strive on the on-site service concept.
What type of payments do you accept?
We can accept checks, Visa or MasterCard and cash.
Which areas do you service?
We are located in Cobb county but service the entire metro Atlanta area.

We are here to help Monday through Friday 8:30am till 6PM and on weekends and evenings by appointment.
