How long have you been in business?
We started online first in 2008 www.hatsonus.com and many local people would call even from the airport on a inbound flight and ask if we had a brick and mortar location. We saw that there was a great need for a store that carried only hats. In 2013 we were blessed to find a location that allowed us to fulfill our dream.This is our second year here and everybody loves our place and our hats.
What is your primary product or service?
Actually it's two fold we carry a wide selection of hats for men and women in both traditional and contemporary styles. And we also offer hat cleaning,blocking and stretching services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
It started when we couldn't find a hat shop in metro Atlanta that carried nice good quality hats. That's when we had the idea to start one of our own. I've been in the telecommunication industry for 10 years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
There are no hat shops like ours in metro Atlanta that cater to men and women. We also offer hat cleaning services that nobody else does. Our hats and caps are high quality and unique. You won't find what we carry anywhere in Atlanta.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have only one location,expansion is not in the near future.

We're actually very easy to find we are location inside Mammoth Plaza at 185 Veterans Memorial Hwy SW Suite 105 Mableton,Ga 30126 which is between Lee St and Dodgen Rd near a BP gas station. If you search engine us or use your GPS you will find us just be sure to use the direction 'SW' and you'll come right to our front door.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash,major credit cards,debit cards,Paypal and Square.
Which areas do you service?
All of metro Atlanta and since we have an online website we ship internationally.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
This is a privately own family business my husband handles the daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday thru Saturday 11 AM to 7 PM times may change during DST.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Coming back for that second,third and fourth hat because they love our hats,our staff and our commitment to excellent customer service. People from all walks of life say they love our store and they prove it by supporting us again and again.
